BOOKS Plus – bookshops with a difference

BOOKS Plus aims to enhance the caring environment provided by hospitals – for patients, visitors and staff by running attractive, encouraging and caring retail outlets of Christian and general interest books and related material.

The hard issues of life arising from being in hospital can sometimes cause people to question the core of what they believe, and while we don’t claim to have all the answers, we feel sure that some of them can be found among the books available at BOOKS Plus.  Our approach is to let the literature speak for itself.

BOOKS Plus shops are currently located in hospitals in two centres – Cardiff and Gloucester.

BOOKS Plus Norwich at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital operated from 2003 to 2009.
